Proper Nutrition is Key to Health

Do you want to live in a world where food doesn’t feel like an enemy? If you answered “yes!” then we are on the same page. Whatever your nutrition goals are, the core of my practice is helping to give you the tools you need to easily make food choices that work best for your body and help you to feel you best.

This is not a system where I put you on a magic diet that will solve all your problems. The benefit of working with a registered dietitian is that I’m not only trained in the science of nutrition, but also the art of counseling. We will work together to reach your health goals, whether that is body positivity, better blood sugar control, weight loss, or eating more fruits and vegetables. Each person is different so there is no one-size-fits-all here!

Initial Session

During our initial session I will do a full nutrition assessment and get to know you. We will discuss your goals and work together to plan to help you reach your goals.

Ongoing Support

At each session we will reflect on your progress, any barriers to achieving your goals, and provide additional tools and support that set you up for success.

COUNSELING PACKAGES

Initial Session

$175

During the initial session we will review your health history and goals. 

Initial sessions are 45-60 minutes.

Long term health results require follow up sessions. At the end of your assessment frequency of follow up will be discussed.

Follow Up Session

$80

Follow up sessions are 30 minutes.  During follow up sessions we will start by assessing progress on the goals since your last appointment.

Follow up frequency will vary based on dietitian recommendations and/or insurance coverage.

8-Week 
Intensive Program

$700

Ideal for the client who is committed to making changes and would benefit from more frequent support. We will work intensively each week to design a lifestyle that will allow you to not only achieve your nutrition goals but maintain them.

Includes an initial assessment, weekly follow-up sessions, and frequent check-ins.
